Established on August 1st 1995 following the trend of international integration and division of labor, the College of Management(CM) aims to cultivate management professionals who equip with innovative thinking, global visions, and specialized knowledge and skills.

In 2022, CM consists of Executive Master Program of Business Administration, Bachelor Program of Management Science and Finance and six departments. The six departments are Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Information Management, Finance, and Tourism, Recreation, and Leisure Studies. CM features a variety of degree programs including Ph.D., Master, In-Service Master, International Master, Bachelor, and International Bachelor, with 64 faculty members and 2,100 students in total.

CM has an established program which has transformed over the past three decades in alignment with the core strategies of Taiwan’s internationalization policies, including more recent trends towards developing Taiwan as a bilingual nation by 2030. As such, CM is cultivating decision makers who are culturally competent, innovative, and internationally-oriented, which requires fostering future leaders’ who have a solid grasp of the English language. This process of cultivation is encapsulated in the mission of becoming ‘GREAT’ – Globalization of academic interaction, Regionalization for cooperation with local enterprises on the improvement of domestic industries, Excellence in research and teaching, Analysis characterized by efficiency and competence, and Teamwork and collaboration.
